My Services

Individual Psychotherapy

Personalized Support

My focus is the challenge that brought you here. It could be a broken relationship, anxiety, depression, something else. That's where we begin, understanding that everybody is somewhere on the path. I work to get to know you, and where you are, in order to help you move forward in a way that improves your well-being, relationships and life overall.

Career Counseling

Unlocking Potential

Part of any man's path is his work. Lots of obstacles there. They can involve tough workplace relationships, lack of job satisfaction, finding a balance between life and work, or finding the right work in the first place. I bring to this work 15 years as a lawyer prior to working as a psychologist.

Benefits

Personalized Care

There is only one you. I want to get to know you, first. How do you experience your life? What about it do you want changed? What is working for you? What isn't? Some concern brings you to therapy. Therapy can be about only addressing that concern. Or it can be about growing into a richer life. Or both. It's up to you.

Confidentiality

I prioritize your privacy and confidentiality to support open and honest discussions during our sessions.

About Me.

My name is Dr. Daniel Anderson. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and began my career in psychology over a decade ago after practicing law for 15 years. I turned to psychology because of my fascination with the way our minds affects our lives. I started out in Jungian psychology, served in various Jungian associations through the years, and published several articles, the most recent one in 2025 on the relation between Jungian psychology and Zen Buddhism. My focus on working with men arises from my experience that the needs and perspectives of men deserve better attention in the field.
